Godis Mediation Solutions welcomes court appointments, attorney referrals, government and agency referrals, and private-party matters, subject to availability and conflict-of-interest review. Each inquiry is handled with care, discretion, and respect for the parties involved.

Mediation services are offered by appointment only. Initial inquiries may be submitted through the contact form, by email, or by phone. Consultations are available to discuss the nature of the matter and mediator availability.

Services are offered in person and virtually, depending on the needs of the matter and the parties involved. Availability may include weekdays, evenings, or weekends, and same-week scheduling may be available depending on case complexity and existing commitments.

Referrals & Appointments

• Court-appointed mediations accepted in accordance with Indiana court standards
• Attorney and law firm referrals welcomed
• Government and agency referrals accepted
• Therapists and counseling professionals, including marriage and family counselors, referring matters appropriate for mediation
• Private mediations for individuals and organizations

All matters are subject to confirmation of mediator neutrality prior to acceptance.

Mediation services are billed at $250 per hour. Fee arrangements are discussed in advance of confirmation of services.

Angela Reese-Whitley is a Registered Mediator with the Supreme Court of Indiana, providing neutral, confidential mediation services for courts, government entities, organizations, and private parties.

She is trained in advanced negotiation, ethical alternative dispute resolution practices, and structured facilitation techniques designed to help parties resolve complex and high-stakes disputes efficiently and respectfully.

Her mediation practice emphasizes impartiality, preparation, and clear process management, supporting resolution in probate and estate matters, workplace disputes, and family and domestic relations cases. Services are provided by appointment only.
